Abstract

ABSTRAK Berbagai faktor menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam memutuskan pembelian suatu produk diantaranya labelisasi halal, kualitas produk, dan harga. Penelitian di latarbelakangi oleh fenomena konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi suatu produk tidak memperhatikan label halal kemasan melainkan hanya melihat tanggal kadaluarsa saja, padahal jaminan halal pada kemasan khususnya produk makanan dan minuman sangat penting. Ada juga konsumen membeli produk dengan harga yang terjangkau tapi menginginkan kualitas bagus, dimana kualitas produk seharusnya mengikuti harga. Pada kondisi tersebut seharusnya menjadikan konsumen lebih selektif dan informatif dalam memutuskan pembelian produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh labelisasi halal, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk scarlett whitening di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Produk Scarlett Whitening di Purwokerto, dengan sampel penelitian konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening Purwokerto dengan responden sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner (angket), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya pengaruh antara variabel labelisasi halal terhadap keputusan pembelian, pada variabel kualitas produk tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan untuk variabel harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Scarlett Whitening di Purwokerto. The background of the research is the phenomenon of consumers consuming a product not paying attention to the halal label on the packaging but only looking at the expiry date, even though the halal guarantee on the packaging, especially for food and beverage products, is very important. There are also consumers who buy products at affordable prices but want good quality, where product quality should follow the price. In these conditions, consumers should watch more and be more informative in deciding to purchase products. This research aims to determine the influence of halal labels, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products in Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of Scarlett Whitening products in Purwokerto, with a research sample of consumers who had purchased Scarlett Whitening products in Purwokerto with 100 respondents. Sampling was taken using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research are that there is an influence between the halal labeling variable on purchasing decisions, the product quality variable has no influence on purchasing decisions and the price variable has an influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Purwokerto.
