Abstract

MTs Plus Al Hidayah merupakan Lembaga Pendidikan setingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) berlandaskan pada keislaman yang beralamat di Jalan Stasiun, RT. 04 RW. 04 Desa Bajing Kecamatan Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap di bawah naungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Cilacap. Program unggulan takhassus kitab kuning mulai dilaksanakan sejak tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Dan dalam pelaksanaannya diterapkan tata kelola atau manajemen untuk menunjang pelaksanaan program agar sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana manajemen program unggulan takhassus kitab kuning di MTs Plus Al Hidayah Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian berupa: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara secara langsung kepada subjek informan yaitu: kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, kesiswaan, humas, sarpras dan kordinator program. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh data bahwa manajemen program unggulan takhassus kitab kuning di MTs Plus Al Hidayah Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan program tertuang di dalam Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM) madrasah. Perencanaan program unggulan takhassus kitab kuning mencakup penyusunan kurikulum, silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan seleksi peserta didik baru. Pada tahap pengorganisasian dibentuk koordinator program, tugas-tugas yang jelas bagi guru pengampu, jadwal pembelajaran, tersedianya sumber daya yang memadai, serta pembiayaan yang cukup. Pada tahap pelaksanaan program meliputi dedikasi para pengajar dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar, proses pembelajaran sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan, dan didokumentasikan secara tertib.. Dan pada tahap evaluasi program dilakukan melalui dua aspek utama, yaitu muhafadhoh massal dan penyelenggaraan lomba untuk mengukur tingkat hafalan siswa, sementara lomba membantu mengevaluasi pencapaian prestasi siswa melalui kompetisi. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Program Unggulan, Takhassus Kitab Kuning MTs Plus Al Hidayah is an Islamic-based Junior High School (SMP) educational institution located at Jalan Stasiun, RT. 04 RW. 04 Bajing Village, Kroya District, Cilacap Regency under the auspices of the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The flagship Takhassus Buku Kuning program has been implemented since the 2018/2019 academic year. And in its implementation, governance or management is applied to support program implementation so that it is in accordance with the stated objectives. This research aims to analyze how the superior takhassus kitab kuning program is managed at MTs Plus Al Hidayah Kroya, Cilacap Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with research methods in the form of: observation, interviews and documentation. Data was obtained by direct interviews with informant subjects, namely: the head of the madrasah, deputy head of the madrasah for curriculum, student affairs, public relations, infrastructure and program coordinators. As a result of the research carried out, data was obtained that the management of the superior takhassus kitab kuning program at MTs Plus Al Hidayah Kroya, Cilacap Regency was carried out by implementing management functions starting from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. At the planning stage the program is contained in the madrasah's Medium Term Work Plan (RKJM). Planning for the superior takhassus kitab kuning program includes the preparation of the curriculum, syllabus, learning implementation plans, and selection of new students. At the organizing stage, a program coordinator is formed, clear tasks for the teaching teachers, a learning schedule, availability of adequate resources and sufficient financing. The program implementation stage includes the dedication of teachers and the involvement of students in learning activities, the learning process is according to a predetermined schedule, and documented in an orderly manner. And at the program evaluation stage it is carried out through two main aspects, namely mass muhafadhoh and holding competitions to measure the level students memorize, while competitions help evaluate student achievement through competition.
