Abstract

ABSTRACK The capital market in the banking sector, in particular, is crucial to a country's economy. Banking stocks are one of the stocks that investors are interested in because they excel in the growth of the IHSG. Several factors affect the company's stock price, both macro-economically and fundamentally. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on the stock prices of banking companies listed in the Indonesian Islamic stock index for 2019-2021. Based on the purpose, this research is included in quantitative research. In collecting data using secondary data by using purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS software. The classic assumption test used is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test. To test the hypothesis using the t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that partially return on assets and return on equity have a significant effect on stock prices. Inflation and interest rates partially have no effect on stock prices.
