Abstract

PT. BPRS GunungSlametCilacap is business entities that raise finds from of deposits and channeling funds to the community in the from of financing. One of which is iBKepemilikan financing. iBKepemilikan financing is financing to purchase of needed goods and sell them to customers by using murabahah contract. Murabahahcontract is to sell goods at the selling price of the acquisition price plus the agreed profit and the bank must disclose the cost of customers as proof of seriousness and a second payment if the customers suffered an appointment injury or a default. The reaseach method used is descriptive method, with collection technique such as observation, interview and dokumentation which aims to find out how the appraisal of collateral on iBKepemilikan financing in PT. BPRS GunungSlametCilacap to know goods can to be used as collateral, then the bank analyzes whether the collateral can be used to apply for financing. As for the collateral assessment conducted by PT. BPRS GunungSlametCilacap is for collateral in the from of wadiahsavings and deposits valued 100%, while for collateral in the form of motor cicle, land, building and house is valued 70 to 75% of the market price.
