Abstract

The very rapid banking development in Banyumas Regency makes all financial institutions complete tightly. As well as KSPPS BMT Hanada Quwaish to win a competition a strategy is needed. Because the strategy is the most important key that determines whether or not a financial institution or company institution runs, personal selling strategies used to increase the number of customers on KSPPS BMT Hanada Quwaish actually have a broad scope of activities. In personal selling activities include several stages that begin with prospects or identification, pre-approach, approach, presentation, overcoming problems to closing sales. The purpose of the research is to find out how the application of personal selling strategies in an effort to increase the numbers of customers in KSPPS BMT Hanada Quwaish, Kalisalak, Kebasen, Banyumas. This research is field research with qualitative approach. In the data collection this research using the method of observation, interview, and documentation. Then the data obtained is analyzed using qualitative research method, which is intened to describe a situation or condition that is fact. The result that can be concluded in this study is that this personal selling strategy is very important for the continuation of KSPPS BMT Hanada Quwaish Kebasen, in looking for customers need the skills of existing personnel in the company and the cohesiveness of a strong team of personnel in the company.
