Abstract

The title of this thesis is critical study about dakwah message of akidahand moral building rubric in the MajalahSuaraMuhammadiyah. The background of this research is the urgency of akidah and moral in the religious, society, and state life. In the midst of the rampant phenomena that have an impact on the shallowness of the faith and morals deteriorating, MajalahSuaraMuhammadiyah still exist to deliver their dakwah to faith and moral building rubric. Departing from that problem, author conducted a study with the title mentioned on first paragraph above, by using Sara Mills model analysis approach is an approach that focuses its attention on the positioning of actors in the text. By that approach, so the formulation of problems are : how to position the actor in the text of dakwah message faith and moral building in the MajalahSuaraMuhammadiyah, and is there any involvement of female actors? The aim is detecting hidden aspects behind apparent reality as input material for change, improvement, and development. The result of analysis find that female actor has started to participate as subject and object in the text but the number still limited, and the domination on male actor so the position of male actor still legitimate, and female actor illegitimate or marginal.
