Abstract
Sustainable tourism development is an aggrement between countries in United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). Sustainable tourism development was initiated in connection with the rise of tourism development which prioritizes economic aspects without thinking about the future tourism environment. Made various efforts to improve the economy without maintaining its sustainability. Sustainable tourism development has three main indicators : economy, environment, community. From indicators measured by values, based on interviews with the opinion of the public and tourism visitors regarding the tourist destination. Other methods used are observation and documentation. Collecting data related to indicators that have been stated by experts. Tourism development in Pangandaran Regency is experiencing growth. The government is continuing to build with the aim of boosting tourist visits to Pangandaran. With various efforts being made. In this development certainly needs to be examined to ensure that tourism development is appropriate and has entered into the category of sustainable tourism development.
