Abstract

Educational quality at school is an essential element to represent a qualified and credible education. One of the most crucial input .Input is the implementation of the "raw input" namely the new students.It can be obtained appropriately when the recruitment process of the new students can be carried out appropriately.This study is aimed to obtain the information about "the recruitment strategy of the new students". This study s carried out in SMK Al Huda BumiayuBrebes. The type of this study is "field research" with qualitative descriptive approachment by collecting the data through the intervew, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the study result, that the recrutment of the new students by several stages carried out involving: (1) planning (2) organizing (3) implementing (4) evaluation.Inrecruiting the new students in SMK Al Huda BumiayuBrebes by direct socialization by arriving the available school. (1) direct socialization (2) by organizing a contest and try out of schools (3) by achievements and leading progrms.(4) by providing less cost for unwealth students.(5) Providing scholarship and free of charge for the orphans. (6) continuing the facilities and structural and increasing the advance in many fields.
