Abstract
PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI ISLAM MELALUI KEGIATAN PEMBINAAN KALIGRAFI DI MTs YAPIKA KEBUMEN DAN MTs AL -ISLAH KEBUMEN ELIS IJAYATI NIM.234120600026 Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Prof. K. H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses penanaman nilai-nilai Islam melalui kegiatan pembinaan kaligrafi di MTs YAPIKA Kebumen dan MTs Al-Islah Kebumen. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pembentukan karakter Islami pesertadidik dengan media seni yang bernilai edukatif dan religius, salah satunya yaitu kaligrafi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualiltatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala madrasah, guru kaligrafi, guru pendidikan agama Islam serta siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program kaligrafi di kedua madrasah menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam seperti kedisiplinan, ketekunan, kesabaran, adab menulis Al-Qur’an serta kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur’an. Dampaknya berupa sikap, pembentukan karakter, konsentrasi dan tanggungjawab. Kata Kunci : Penanaman Nilai-nilai, Islam, Kaligrafi. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the process of instilling Islamic values through calligraphy development activities at MTs YAPIKA Kebumen and MTs Al-Islah Kebumen. The background of this study is based on the importance of developing students' Islamic character through art media that have educational and religious values, one of which is calligraphy. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include the principal of the madrasah, calligraphy teachers, Islamic religious education teachers, and students. The results show that the calligraphy program at both madrasahs instills Islamic values such as discipline, perseverance, patience, etiquette in writing the Qur'an, and a love for the Qur'an. The impact is in the form of attitudes, character formation, concentration, and responsibility. Keyword : Instilling values, Islamic, calligraphy.
