Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country, urgently needs a transition and development in the economic sector. In order to gradually increase economic growth and transform the economic structure toward a better, more advanced, and more balanced state, constributions to economic growth are necessary. In the production process, the industrial sector requires inputs from other sectors. In carrying out the production process, a company requires various input factors that will result in output. With the availability of production factor, the production process can be implemented. The production factors that support successful production include capital, raw materials, and labor. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital, raw materials, and labor on production results. This study a quantitative research method. The sample consists oh 37 respondents who are broom artisans from Kajongan Village. The sampling technique usesd is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling methid. The data analisys techniques include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear resgression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 20 software. The result of t-test, it can be seen that the t-value is 3,341 while the t-table value 2,028 and the significance is 0,002 < 0,005, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the t-test, it is known that the t-count value is 3.922 while the t-table value is 2,028 and the significance is 0,000 < 0,005, so H0 is rejedted and H2 is accepted. Based on the t-test, it is known that the calculated t-value is 4,283 while the t-table value is 2,028 and the significance is 0,000 < 0,005, therefore H0 is rejedted and H3 is accepted. Capital, raw materials, and labor simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the production result of broom crafts by artisans in Kajongan Village, Bojongsari Subdistrict, Purbalingga Regency.
