Abstract
Tourism is one of the key sectors in the Indonesian economy, serving as a source of income and a driver of development. In Central Java, the natural beauty and rich culture provide great tourism potential. One of the famous tourist destinations is Menganti Beach in Kebumen Regency. Although many studies have identified various factors that influence revisit intention, studies that analyze the influence of accessibility, electronic word of mouth, and tourist satisfaction on independently managed coastal tourist destinations such as Menganti Beach are still limited. This study aims to fill this gap by analyzing the influence of these three variables, both partially and simultaneously, on revisit intention to Menganti Beach. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population being tourists who have visited Menganti Beach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 348 respondents based on the Isaac and Michael table. The collected data were analyzed using data validity tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 application. The results of the study indicate that partially, the variables accessibility, electronic word of mouth, and tourist satisfaction have a significant influence on the revisit intention of visitors to Menganti Beach. Furthermore, simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence revisit intention with an influence level of 72.9%. Therefore, increasing accessibility, managing positive electronic word of mouth, and continuous efforts in tourist satisfaction are the keys to encouraging revisit intention and tourism development in Menganti Beach. The next research is recommended to broaden its scope by exploring other relevant factors.
