Abstract

ABSTRACT Pondok Pesantren Metal Tobat Sunan Kalijaga in Gandrungmangu, Cilacap, has a unique feature with the presence of rehabilitation students involving individuals with dark backgrounds, such as drug addicts, drunkards, brigands, and mental disorders. There are two categories of students, namely ordinary students and rehabilitation students. Majelis Bajingan Bangsat, a community in this pesantren, serves as a forum for friendship, learning, and sharing experiences for students, alumni, and the community who want to learn to recite the Quran without distinction. Regular programs emphasize the importance of efficient management in the organization of meetings and activities of Majelis Bajingan Bangsat in order to achieve their goals. This study aims to describe the Management of the Bastard Bangsat Assembly at the Sunan Kalijaga Metal Tobat Islamic Boarding School in Gandrungmangu Cilacap. This type of research includes field research at the Assembly of Bastard Bangsat. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This approach is used because the data needed by the author is in the form of information, explanations and oral information. The research data collection method was carried out by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The next action is the preparation of data, classifying it, which is then followed by analyzing the data which results in conclusions. This research shows that, Management of the Bastard Bangsat (BB) Assembly at the Metal Tobat Sunan Kalijaga Islamic Boarding School Gandrungmangu Cilacap.
