Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi yang menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Islam Darul Falah Tambak Banyumas seperti tanpa kendala yang berarti. Padahal SD- SD di sekitar Kecamatan Tambak Banyumas terkesan belum siap menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka saat ini. Untuk merespon hal tersebut, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian tentang Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Islam Darul Falah Tambak Banyumas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Islam Darul Falah Tambak Banyumas. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan ke sejumlah informan yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru kelas 1 di SD Islam Darul Falah Tambak Banyumas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dilakukan dengan memahami regulasi dan menyiapkan dokumen pendukung dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, membentuk tim pengembang kurikulum, mengikuti pelatihan Kurikulum Merdeka, menganalisis konteks karakteristik satuan pendidikan, merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah, menentukan pengorganisasian pembelajaran, merancang alokasi waktu, menyusun modul ajar dan merancang pendampingan, evaluasi dan pengembangan profesional. Dalam pelaksanaannya, SD Islam Darul Falah Tambak Banyumas memilih Mandiri Berubah, melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan modul ajar dan modul Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Untuk kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi dampak Kurikulum Merdeka pada kualitas pembelajaran, evaluasi dukungan infrastuktur dan sumber daya, evaluasi proses pembelajaran, evaluasi koordinasi dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dengan menggunakan teknik coaching dan evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan berbagai instrumen evaluasi seperti tes formatif dan tes sumatif, penilaian proyek dan portofolio. Even though the elementary schools around Tambak Banyumas District seem not yet ready to implement the Independent Curriculum at this time. To respond to this, researchers conducted research on Independent Curriculum Management at the Islamic Elementary School Darul Falah Tambak Banyumas. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze Independent Curriculum Management at Darul Falah Islamic Elementary School in Tambak Banyumas. This research is descriptive in nature using a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with a number of informants, namely the principal, head of curriculum, grade 1 teachers at Darul Falah Islamic Elementary School Tambak Banyumas. The results of the research show that planning is carried out by understanding regulations and preparing supporting documents in implementing the Independent Curriculum, forming a curriculum development team, participating in Independent Curriculum training, analyzing the context of educational unit characteristics, formulating the vision, mission and goals of the school, determining the organization of learning, designing time allocations. , compiling teaching modules and designing mentoring, evaluation and professional development. In its implementation, SD Islam Darul Falah Tambak Banyumas chose Mandiri Berubah, carrying out differentiated learning, carrying out learning in accordance with the teaching module and the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project module. Evaluation activities are carried out by evaluating the impact of the Merdeka Curriculum on the quality of learning, evaluating infrastructure and resource support, evaluating the learning process, evaluating coordination and implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum using coaching techniques and evaluating learning using various evaluation instruments such as formative and summative tests, project assessment and portfolio.
