Abstract

This research aims to measure the significance of the influence of spiritual intelligence on student bullying behavior at MI Guppi Jepara Wetan Binangun Cilacap. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all MI Guppi Jepara Wetan Binangun Cilacap students, totaling 196 students. The sample obtained was 34 students from class VA and class VB based on a sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire for the spiritual intelligence variable and a questionnaire for the bullying behavior variable. Data analysis techniques were carried out using simple linear regression and product moment correlation tests. The results of this research are that spiritual intelligence has an influence on bullying behavior and the form of influence is negative. This is shown based on a significance value of 0.039 < 0.05 by looking at the regression equation Ῠ = 22.779 + (-0.604 X). This equation means that the higher the level of spiritual intelligence, the lower the bullying behavior. The magnitude of the relationship between spiritual intelligence and student bullying behavior is determined by the coefficient of determination, namely 12.7% and 87.3%, influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research.
