Abstract

ABSTRACT Jodoh Sebagai Cerminan Diri Dalam Penafsiran QS. A. Yani 40-A (+62-81)-635624 Purwokerto 53126 Email: [email protected] This research intends to reveal the meaning of soul mate as a reflection of oneself contained in the QS. An-Nūr [24]: 26 using the Ma-nā-Cum-Maghzā theory. The verse explains that vile women are for vile men, and vile men are for vile women, while good women are for good men and good men for good girls too. The formulation of the problem in this research is, first, what is the historical meaning (al-ma‛nᾱ at-tᾱrikhῑ) of QS. An- Nūr [24]: 26? secondly How is the historical phenomenal significance (al- maghzᾱ al-tᾱrikhῑ) and the dynamic phenomenal significance (al-maghzᾱ al-mutaharrik al-muaṣṣir) QS. An-Nūr [24]: 26? This type of research is library research. The formal object in this research is the Ma-nā-Cum-Maghzā approach, while the material object is QS. An-Nūr [24]: 26. The primary sources of data used in this research are the books Lisᾱnul 'Arab, Al-Mu'jam Mufradat fῑ Gharῑb Al-Qur'an, the hadith book, Asbᾱb al-Nuzūl, and tafsir books such as: Tafsir Al-Qurán Al-'Azim, Tafsir Jami' al-Bayan wa Ta'wil Al-Qurán, and Tafsir Al- Qurtubi. Apart from using primary sources, the author also uses secondary sources such as books, journals, theses and data sources that are relevant to the author's research. The results of this research are: first, al-ma‛nᾱ tᾱrikhῑ from Lafadz Khabiṣ is the ugliness of sustenance, children and humans, the ugliness of food and smells, disgraceful actions and bad habits, things that are disliked by the senses and reason, the ugliness of faith, bad in speech and behavior. And the lafadz ṭayyib is goodness, delicious, halal, good, beautiful, and a good soul. Then al-maghzᾱ al-tᾱrikhῑ QS. An-Nūr [24]: 26 is the liberation of 'Aisyah from the vile accusation of being a hypocrite and the marriage of Jabr and Bilal, kafa'ah and provides values that can be applied in life, namely arranged marriages in Islam are ideally created based on theological qualities, where individuals who are physically good moral and spiritual will be paired with individuals who have similar qualities. Then al-maghzᾱ al-mutaharrik al-muaṣṣir or development of al-maghzᾱ al-tᾱrikhῑ is: morality which includes attitudes of honesty, justice and responsibility, as well as integrity which includes consistency and credibility. Another message in this verse is that it is recommended to improve yourself so that you meet a good partner who has morality and integrity. Keywords: Soulmate as a reflection of oneself, QS.
