Abstract

Research was carried out at SMK MA’arif NU 1 Ajibarang Banyumas Regency and found a phenomenon where students were less enthusiastic and less concentrated, some were talking to other friends, not focused during learning and playing with smartphones during learning at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang, Banyumas Regency.This research was conducted to analyze the positive and significant influence of learning motivation and social attitudes on the Islamic Religious Education learning achievement of students at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang, Banyumas Regency. The population in this study consists of 957 students in the eleventh grade at SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Ajibarang for the academic year 2023/2024, and a sample of 282 students was selected using probability sampling techniques. Three variables were examined in this study: learning motivation, social attitudes, and academic achievement. The data collection methods used were exams/tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Simple regression analysis research findings indicate that learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning accomplishment of 10.7%, there is a positive and significant influence of social attitudes on learning achievement of 9.7%. Based on multiple regression analysis, there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation and social attitudes together or simultaneously on learning achievement of 16.1% with a calculated F significance value of 26.851. .
