Abstract

There is a business phenomenon originating from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) that in 2021 data on the number of banking workers in Indonesia is very high. This shows that the image of banking companies in Indonesia is very good so that they have gained the trust of the public, as evidenced by the large number of workers in these banking companies and the annual profits obtained which are able to provide certainty for their employees. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Reputation, Compensation, Job Description, and Employer Brand on Employer of Choice with Sosial Media as a Moderating Variabel (Study of the Millennial Generation Applying for Sharia Banking in Purwokerto). The respondents in this research were 150 people who were the millennial generation in Purwokerto. The data in this research was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents using Likert scale measurements, which were then processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with research tools such as Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 4. The data collected and processed shows that research results show that Reputation, Compensation, Job Description and Employer Brand have a significant and influential effect on Employer Of Choice. Sosial Media can strengthen (moderate) the relationship between Employer Brand and Employer Of Choice.
