Abstract

ABSTRACT It turns out that there is this problem after we have trusted the committee of amil zakat fitrah in the mosque in distributing zakat which is given to the mustahik group, but it turns out that there are some committees that distribute not according to the real mustahiq, just because of emotional closeness then he gives zakat to him. . For example, it is distributed to his own relatives, who according to his assumption have entered the category of mustahiq, even though when compared to people in the surrounding environment, there are still many people who are more entitled to receive it because they are poorer, poorer, and suffer more than their relatives This type of research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The subject in this research was Amil from the Baitul Mu'min Mosque, Kutasari Village, Baturaden District, as the research informant. The object of this research was carried out at the Baitul Mu'min Mosque, Baturaden District, regarding the Effectiveness of Distribution of Zakat Fitrah Management. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that the distribution of zakat fitrah has been effective, only in the Baitul Mu'min Mosque and the mustahik who accept that the distribution of zakat fitrah has been based on the indicators used in measuring effectiveness above, it can be seen that in terms of targets in distribution, namely golonga musthik such as the poor, amil, fisabililah who have fulfilled the requirements and the distribution time has also been carried out in accordance with what has been determined, namely every month of Ramadhan and the amount of receipts has been in accordance with what has been determined by the Baitul Mu'min Mosque so that it can help with expenses during the Idhul holiday. Fitri so that there will be no economic difficulties during this holiday.
