Abstract

Program professional development of teachers in MI NU Ma'arif Pageraji Cilongok Banyumas has been running since 2010. The team that oversees the Quality Assurance Development Team Madrasah (TPM) TPM is responsible for activities of professional development of teachers. This study aimed to describe the professional development of teachers in the program MI Maarif NU 1 Pageraji Cilongok District of Banyumas. Evaluation model used in this study is the evaluation model CIPP (context, input, process, product). This evaluation model developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam et al. This type of research is evaluative research. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: 1) From the component context, the formulation of the vision, mission, and objectives of teacher professional development program has been a good category. A little note on the formulation of a vision in which the formulation of the mission is still less than perfect, because the vision of the program implementation professional development of teachers is an implementation of the vision and mission of madrasas which refers to the annual program and the Strategic Plan of the madrassa. 2) From the component input, indicates that the input of the team, teachers, curriculum and facilities are already either category. A few notes on the input facilities and infrastructure is still need for a review of relevant professional development of teachers. 3) Of Process components, the use of methods, media, materials, and learning time in the professional development of teachers had either category. As for time professional development of teachers need to be optimized. 4) Component Product had good category. Achievement program professional development of teachers already meet the target set by the madrassa. A program created by a team of highly effective professional development of teachers to monitor and measure the success of a program created by a team of professional development of teachers.
