Abstract

Abstrak Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan yang paling banyak dialami oleh perempuan di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena beberapa faktor di antaranya faktor keharmonisan, faktor ekonomi, dan faktor sosial budaya. Data dari Komisi Nasional Anti kekerasan terhadap Perempuan (Komnas Perempuan) mencatat bahwa selama 17 tahun, yaitu sepanjang 2004-2022 terdapat 544.452 kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyebab munculnya hal ini adalah pemahaman yang keliru dalam hal ini yaitu pada Al-Quran tepatnya di Surat An-Nisa ayat 34 dalam perspektif Syekh Nawawi. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian pada umumnya, yaitu penafsiran pada Q.S. An-Nisa ayat 34 kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori konsep KDRT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan termasuk jenis penelitian pustaka (library research) yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pisau analisis yaitu teori konsep KDRT melalui tiga aspek pendekatan. 1) Asbabunnuzul, 2) Penafsiran secara bahasa, dan 3) konsep KDRT, yaitu praktik kontekstual yaitu implikasi dari penafsiran pada Q.S. An-Nisa ayat 34 terhadap suatu larangan KDRT. Dari hasil penelitian ini dijelaskan dalam kitab tafsir Al-Munir Syekh Nawawi bahwa, terdapat penegasakan pada kalimat wadribuhunna yang mana merupakan sumber yang memicu datangnya suatu tindakan kekerasan. Kalimat ini ditafsirkan cenderung untuk menghindari kekerasan. Sehingga dapat kita aplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari khususnya dalam berumah tangga dengan harapan untuk menghidari terjadinya kekerasan dalam berumah tangga sehingga dapat menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis. One of the factors that causes this emergence is a misconception in this matter, namely in the Qur'an precisely in Sura An-Nisa verse 34. This research uses an analysis knife, namely the theory of the concept of domestic violence with hermeneutic knowledge through three aspects of approach. 1) Asbabunnuzul, 2) Linguistic interpretation, and 3) the concept of domestic violence, which is contextual practice, which is the implication of the interpretation in Q.S. An-Nisa verse 34 of a prohibition of domestic violence. From the results of this research, it is explained in the book of tafsir Al-Munir Sheikh Nawawi that, there is an affirmation in the sentence wadribuhunna which is the source that triggers the arrival of an act of violence. This sentence is interpreted to tend to avoid violence. So that we can apply it in everyday life, especially in marriages in the hope of avoiding the occurrence of violence in the household so as to create a harmonious family.
