Abstract

Every region in Indonesia of course always tries to introduce its tourism potential so that it can attract tourists to visit their region. Tourist interest is very important for the sustainability of a tourist attraction because if there are no tourists interested in visiting, the tourist attraction will become empty of visitors and this will affect the development of the tourist attraction. Several factors can influence tourist interest, including ticket, attractions, facilities, and electronic word of mouth (E-Wom). The aim of this research is to determine the influence of ticket, interest, and facilities on tourist interest with electronic word of mouth (E-Wom) as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a path analysis model because between the independent and dependent variables there are intervening variables that influence. The population used in this research is the Purbalingga Community. The number of samples was 100 people using the Slovin formula calculation. The data collection method used was a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The research results show that there is an influence of price, attractiveness and facilities on interest. There is an influence on price, attractiveness, facilities and interest in e-WOM. And there is a significant influence of price, attractiveness and facilities through e-WOM on interest. In equation I, significant values are obtained for ticket price (0.034), attractiveness (0.000), and facilities (0.048). In equation II, significant values are obtained for ticket price (0.017), attractiveness (0.018), facilities (0.045), and interest (0.002). Suggestions for future researchers are to expand the research object by using other analytical tools such as Smart PLS or others so that it can become information material for tourist attraction managers and the wider community.
