Abstract

Taklim assembly is a community-based non-formal education unit that plays a role in realizing education, especially Islamic religious education. Often found taklim assemblies with activities limited to teaching and learning to write and read the Qur'an. Whereas the role of this taklim assembly is diverse and related to community empowerment, this taklim assembly is a place to add knowledge of Islamic religious education. As in the village of Plompong there is a taklim assembly specifically for teenagers as additional Islamic learning. This study aims to discuss the model of Islamic religious education for adolescents in the millennial telsa hijrah taklim assembly in Plompong village. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative field research. Data is obtained through data collection with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research are: The model of Islamic religious education for teenagers through the taklim assembly is quite unique as an attraction in itself, because usually the taklim assembly only applies to mothers and this is applied to teenagers with a direct learning model. Ustadz has implemented all the stages of direct learning, namely with Orientation, Presentation, Structured Practice, Practice under the guidance of a ustadz, and independent practice. and the PAIKEM model stands for Active Learning, students make speeches, Innovative and Creative, freeing students to be creative in determining the theme that will be conveyed when giving a speech or conveying prayers and hadiths so that it is fun for students not to feel burdened. This Taklim Assembly is unique because it is specifically for teenagers adding PAI learning outside of school. Keywords: Islamic Religious Education Model, Majelis Taklim, Teenagers.
