Abstract

Technological developments can be felt in all areas of life, including the financial and banking services sector. Digital-based services are widely used by banking institutions to cater to the preferences of the public, who continue to prefer self-service transactions through the use of Internet digital channel capabilities. The rapid growth of digital banks in Indonesia means that their value in terms of third-party financing (DPK) continues to grow aggressively and steadily. Decisions to use digital services may be influenced by a variety of factors, including psychological, personal and social. This study focuses on whether digital financial literacy, procedural convenience, and security factors affect customers' savings decisions in digital banks, and whether religious beliefs inhibit digital financial literacy, procedural convenience, and security on customers' savings decisions in digital banks. This study adopts the quantitative method of non-probability sampling technique and directional sampling method, the total number of samples is 100, and uses three independent variables, namely, digital financial literacy, procedural convenience and security, and one moderator variable, namely religious belief. Moderated regression analysis (MRA) was used as the analysis technique. The results of this study show that the variables digital financial literacy and security have an effect on the savings decision in digital banking, while the variable procedural convenience has no effect on the savings decision. Religion then fails to moderate digital financial literacy, procedural convenience, and security of digital bank savings decisions.
