Abstract

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia said to present Bank Syariah Indonesia in the BSI payroll system in collaboration with the Rector of State Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIN) throughout Indonesia in terms of financial management. Indonesia has a relatively high internet penetration rate, which is 44%. The use of BSI Mobile requires daily transactions and other long-term investments. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the use of BSI bank mobile banking services. Customer satisfaction Index (CSI) is an indicator that measures overall customer satisfaction while considering how important the characteristics of the goods or services being measured. Respondents in this study amounted to 80 customers who were teaching staff and education staff at UIN SAIZU Purwokerto. The research methods used are descriptive quantitative and qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using questionnaire methods. The data was processed using validity tests and reliability tests with the help of IBM SPSS 25 test equipment. The calculation results using CSI obtained a customer satisfaction index value of 83.576%, meaning that customers feel very satisfied because of the performance of the services provided. BSI is expected to be able to make improvements to the attributes of service quality performance that are still considered less than optimal
