Abstract

Bina Amanah Satria is one of the BPRS that operates based on sharia principles, Established in Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency. In funding activities at BPRS Bina Amanah Satria Purwokerto, there is an IB education savings product that uses a mudharabah mutlaqah contract in the profit sharing system. The results obtained are in the form of additional balances in savings. In this study, customers already feel that there is profit sharing in the form of adding balances to the savings they get every month. This research was conducted using interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with BPRS Amanah Satria Purwokerto Funding, Cuistomeir Seirvice BPRS Bina Amanah Satria Purwokerto and 2 IB education savings customers. This research is descriptive qualitative by way of thinking inductively. The results of research and interviews with several respondents can be concluded that the profit sharing ratio provisions are in accordance with the provisions stated in the account opening contract and based on DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 02 of 2000 concerning IB Education savings, that profit sharing must be stated in the form of a ratio and stated in the account opening contract.
