Abstract

ABSTRACT The success of a company in achieving its very goals dependent of applied leadership management and human resources performance involved in it. In operational activities, KJKS BTM Purbalingga has been able to achieve assets increased every year but still there are some problems faced, namely the existance dissatisfaction of the head on the performance of marketing staff in terms of lack of communication and late Money turnover as a result of bad credit. Management leadership that is able to provide guidance in a way continuously with the system, direction, guidance, and work program and motivation that is touched for all employees becomes a way Institution in achieving its goals. The purpose of this research includes two points: First, to find out how the implementation of management company leadership in motivating and improving performance stamparian Employees at KJKS BTM Purbalingga. Second, to find out what is KJKS BTM Purbalingga was carried out to motivate and improve Employee performance at KJKS BTM Purbalingga. This research was conducted at KJKS BTM Purbalingga with Method qualitative. The data collection techniques are obtained from observation techniques. interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed with nteractive Model Data Analysis which includes three components, namely reduction data, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The last step the data will be tested for its validity using the source triangulation and technical triangulation Based on the results of existing research, KJKS BTM Purbalingga implement democratic leadership management. While motivation given by this institution in the form of giving salaries, bonuses, giving holiday allowance, Providing health facilities, career paths and training or seminars.
