Abstract

Financial institutions like Islamic bank at Indonesia ready developed and increasing significantly among thirhty years at now, which indicate by lof of Islamic bank in another nusantara region. Ones of Islamic banking which increasing is Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) have many produkts which been offer to customer. The produkts of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is variation and interesting, so much of the society had intention and had purchase decision ben customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), including Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) of Purwokerto Branch. Purchase decission been affected by external factor and internal factor like produkt quality, promotion, religiousity and location. The aim of this research were to knowing and analyzing afeected of produkt quality, promotion, religiousity and location to purchase decision be customer at BSI of Purwokerto Branch. This reaearch is quantitative research with descriptive qualitative approach. On this research using primary and secoundary data. Primary data had collecting by from the answer of questioner which been shared to respondent among 96 BSI of Purwokerto branch customers. Secoundary data from internet, journals and BSI of Purwokerto branch report. Data analyzing using multiple regression. Result of the research give conclussions that: 1) Produkt quality affected to purchase decision be customer, 2) Promotion nof affected to purchase decision be customer, 3) Religiousity not affected to purchase decision be customer, and 4) Location affected to purchase decision be customer at BSI of Purwokerto Branch
