Abstract
This research is motivated by the policy of the Central Java Province Government in overcoming the problem of distributing subsidized fertilizers through the Farmer Card Program, which in its implementation there are still obstacles, especially at the farm level, so that not 100% of farmers use farmer card facilities it should be. This study aims to test the influence of farmer’s knowledge level and experience on the effectiveness of the Farmer Card Program in the distribution subsidized fertilizers Wanogara Wetan Village, Rembang, Purbalingga. This research is included in quantitative research. The population is the Wanogara Wetan Village Famers who have a farmer cards. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. The instrument test in this study used validity and reliability test. Data analysis was carried out through the Spearman Rank Correlation, Kendall W Concordance and Ordinal Regression Analysis with SPSS 20 tool. The results obtained by researchers from the questionnaire obtained from several respondents showed that: 1) The famer’s knowledge level has a positive influence on the effectiveness of the Farmer Card Program in the distribution subsidized fertilizers Wanogara Wetan Village, Rembang, Purbalingga, 2) The famer’s experience has a positive influence on the effectiveness of the Farmer Card Program in the distribution subsidized fertilizers Wanogara Wetan Village, Rembang, Purbalingga, 3) The famer’s knowledge level and experience has a positive influence on the effectiveness of the Farmer Card Program in the distribution subsidized fertilizers Wanogara Wetan Village, Rembang, Purbalingga.
