Abstract

According to Mangkunegara, factors that influence employee loyalty include leadership style, work productivity, fulfillment of salary expectations, incentives, type of work, organizational structure, promotion opportunities, work relatuons, and work environment. Therefore, this study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the effect of work environment variables and incentives on employee loyalty in Kampung Marketer Purbalingga. This research methoid is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of Kampung Marketer Purbalingga. The sample in this study were 87 employees who had been calculated through slovin formula. Data colection in this study using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression methods with SPSS 25 for windows. The results of the study that work environment variables has a partial and significant effect on employee loyalty. While the incentives variable have no partial and significant effect on emloyee loyalty. And the F test is known that work environment (X1) and incentives (X2) simultaneously and significant influence to the work environment (X1) and incentives (X2) on employee loyalty. From the calculation of the F the obtained Fcount 7,971 > Ftable 3,11 with a significance value of 0,000.
