Abstract

Trading Company Family Jaya is a trading company engaged in the furniture industry. Trading Company Family Jaya in the payment of compensation using the results system. The result system is the wage set on the unity produced by the worker. The goodness of this system provides opportunities for employees who work earnestly and perform will receive greater rewards for services. the weakness of this result system is the quality produced is not good. Keep good quality will make a good impression on the customer, that impression will form an image of the company. Well, acccording to Jefkins, this company’s image is comprised of many things, one of them is quality product. The research method used in writing this thesis is descriptive-quantitative research. In data collection techniques the author uses questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation in Trading Company Family Jaya Sumpiuh and Business Partners. Then the data was analyzed using ordinal regression and Spearman rank correlation. From the results of ordinal regression analysis that the quality products capable of affecting corporate image of 66.6% and the rest influenced by other variables. Correlation test where the result of correlation test table shows probability value below 0.05 (0,000 <0,05) then Ho is rejected, thus there is a significant correlation between product quality (X) and company image (Y). The features dimension most influences the company's image with the smallest significance of 0.02. From the results of this study, the researchers concluded that product quality significantly influence in the corporate image of Trading Company Family Jaya Sumpiuh and its features dimensions are the most influential in the corporate image Trading Company Jaya Family Sumpiuh.
