Abstract

dilaksanakan di SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Sidareja Cilacap sejak tanggal 02 Oktober sampai dengan 17 Desember 2017. Subyek Penelitian adalah Guru di SDIT subjek yang dituju untuk diteliti atau diharapkan informasinya mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan diteliti.Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah: observasi, wawancara, metode kuisioner dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data terdiri dari mengadakan pemeriksaan keabsahan data, setelah selesai tahap ini, kemudian tahap penafsiran data dalam mengolah hasil sementaramenjadi teori substantif dengan menggunakan beberapa metode tertentu yaitu jenis instrumen penelitian, sifat instrumen penelitian, langkah-langkah validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen serta uji persyaratan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sumbangan atau kontribusi terhadap Kinerja guru (Y) oleh variabel Pengembangan karir (X) sebesar 54.00%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46.00% diberikan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Karier, Guru   ABSTRACT EFFECT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT TO TEACHER PERFORMANCE SDIT BINA INSAN KAMIL SIDAREJA Uliy Ni’mah NIM. 1423202046 Education is one of the studies that received much attention from scientists. This is because of its very strategic role in improving human resources, Islamic education also gets various kinds of spotlight, especially in various complex problems that require immediate handling. Teacher problems are highlighted, as teachers are at the forefront of any policy or education-related issue. Master who will carry out operationally all forms of patterns, movements, and geliatnya changes in the world of education. Given the teacher's great role, teachers are required to give maximum attention to the development and quality of education. But the problem is, the state of the teachers themselves have not much support in that direction, whether regarding quality, professionalism, quantity, and prosperity. Basically the development and development of human resources take place throughout life through the life cycle through various development fields that are related to each other, such as education, job training, employment and other fields. However, among these fields, education is the most fundamental component because education can contribute to the development of other fields. Improving the quality of Human Resources through other forms such as health and nutrition, job training, employment, will be successful if supported by successful development in the field of education. Issues to be answered in this study is how the implementation of career development management of improving teacher performance in Integrated Islamic Primary School and Is there any influence of career development relationship tap the improvement of teacher performance in Integrated Islamic Primary School. This research was conducted by using descriptive quantitative approach done in SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Sidareja on the influence of Career Development on Teacher Performance Improvement. Place and Time This research was conducted at SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Sidareja from 02 October until 17 December 2017. Subject of Research is Teacher in SDIT subject to be researched or expected information about matters relating to problem to be studied. The methods used to collect data are: observation, interview, method of documentation questionnaire. The method used to analyze the data consists of checking the validity of the data, after completion of this stage, then the data interpretation stage in processing the interim results into a substantive theory using several specific methods of research instrument types, the nature of the research instrument, the steps of validity and reliability of the instrument as well as test requirements analysis. The results of this study showed that career development has a positive and highly significant effect on teacher performance. Contribution to teacher performance (Y) by career development variables (X) is 54.00%, while the rest of 46.00% is given by other variables that are not researched.
