Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that has the main task of collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits in the bank consists of savings accounts, savings deposits and deposits. The sources of bank funds are the bank’s efforts in obtaining funds in order to finance its operations. The source of funds from the wider community is the most important source of funds for the operations of a bank. In the independent Sharia Bank KCP Gombong in selling products, one way is to implement Cross Selling strategy, a Customer Service plays a very important role in addition to providing services also have a function as an executive of Cross Selling, Customer Service Bank will introduce and offer various producting and services to customers, with the aim and expectation that customers will be willing to use more than one product or service. In this research, the researcher wants to know what strategy is done by Customer Service to implement Cross Selling in order to collect third party fund at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Gombong. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, where researchers observe and participate directly about what is reviewed. While the data collection techniques used in this study is by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in the writing of this Final Project is to use qualitative descriptive analysis, the authors try to expose all data and information obtained and then analyzed by guiding from written sources. The results of this study indicate that Cross Selling Intensity conducted by Customer Service at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Gombong can be said good, because in one day Customer Service can make two closing customers, it exceeds the target that has been determined
