Abstract

MTs Negeriof Banyumas implement madrasah based leadership By having a good management system, the leadership will be effect time. With the society involvement or stake holder it my possible the improvement of the society participation will be greater. Most of stake holder improvement in Madrasah environtment is still limited and it has not maximized yet. Therefore, Madrasah has strong management in leadership and gives the great opportunity of the active involvement of society in education, these conditions have a strong effect to improve the quality in Madrasah. Thus, if the head master leadership, Madrasah society participation and stake holder can be improved. Then, there is hope that gives effect in improving the quality of education which it can be implement by the management of Madrasah quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of headmaster leadership and the society participation gather in partially on the quality of Education in MTs Banyumas The hypothesis to be tested are (1) there is influence of the headmaster leadership on educational quality; (2) There are significant of the public participation in the quality of education; (3) There are significant leadership and community participation in the quality of education. The research was conducted by quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is all theteacher’s of MTs Banyumas. The number of the samples is 58 teacher’s. The sampling technique used is the sampling area (cluster sampling) were taken from two schools. The sampling technique used is the stratified random sampling. To test the instrument validity, the researcher applies 3 instrument dealed with the number of variables studied, the validity testing used is validity Pearson Correlation, while the reliability of the instrument is measured using Alpha Chronbach. The value of the Alpha Cronbachreability for each respective instrument are : leadership rtt= 0,854 community participation rtt= 0,815 and the quality of education rtt= 0,844. The data are analyzed using multiple regression statistical. This study yields the mean that First Headmaster leadership is significant effect on the educational quality with the percentage contribution of X1 to Y1 is 48,9%. The second it means that the society participation is significant effect on educational quality with the percentage contribution of Y1X2 is 30,1%. The third are leadership and society participation is significant with the quality of education with the percentage X1andX2 with Y1 is 79% The results of this study are expected to provide input to the Ministry of Religious in Banyumas Regency to improve the quality of Education in accordance with the National Education Standard
