Abstract

Pension Financing is one of consumer financing product owned by SubBranch Office Sharia Mandiri of Purbalingga. Product in this segment become one of the bussiness fields that are developed and marketed with the aim of meeting the needs of the community, especially for retirees. Sub-Branch Office Sharia Mandiri Of Purbalingga applied Qardh wal Murabahah Take Over contract on Pension Financing. The researcher focuses research how the application of Qardh wal Murabahah Take Over contract on Pension Financing at Sub-Branch Office Sharia Mandiri of Purbalingga. Then author analyzes to determine whether the application of Qardh wal Murabahah is in accordance with the provisions of the applicable sharia, with reference to the Fatwa DSN-MUI No.31/DSNMUI/VI/2002 Alternative 1 about debt Take Over. By focusing on the problems above, the research is expected to provide an overview in order to develop banking science. In this research the researcher uses the field research. Data collection methods used are methods of interviewing, observation, documentation, and library research. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research indicates that the transaction conducted by customers on application Qardh wal Murabahah is doing Qardh in advance worth the remaining liabilities. Then, all guarantees submitted to third parties in this case the retirement decision or other guarantees are taken back by the customer. Continued with Murabahah contract by submitting a return on assets over the retirement decision for sale to Sharia Bank. The application of Qardh wal Murabahah Take Over contract on Pension Financing at Sub-Branch Office Sharia Mandiri of Purbalingga has been in accordance with the sharia law, with reference to Fatwa DSN-MUI No.31/DSN-MUI/VI/2002 Alternative 1 about debt Take Over.
