Abstract

The marketing system at PT Arminareka Perdana for hajj and umrah funding is a strategy of the Multi-level marketing (MLM). Basically, the Multi-level marketing (MLM) system is a marketing strategy that not pass retail, direct selling, but uses consumers as direct suppliers. The Hajj and Umrah funding system in this solution program are marketing this program to other pilgrims so that other pilgrims can also use and run this solution program. This process makes pilgrims as direct suppliers to market the company's products in Hajj and umrah departure services. This practice, pilgrims will be given a commission by PT Arminareka Perdana for distribution and advertising services. From this background study how the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) system in the funding of Hajj and Umrah at PT. Arminareka Perdana Purwokerto? and how Islamic law reviews the funding of Hajj and Umrah through the MLM system at PT. Arminareka Perdana Purwokerto? This research uses field research, which is a research activity held at PT. Arminareka Perdana Purwokerto. Primary data sources obtained directly from the manager of PT. Arminareka Perdana Purwokerto with all staff who are working at the company. Secondary data sources are sources of data obtained from notes and books related to the problems of study. Data collection methods used in this study are observation methods, interviews, and documentation, then the analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research are PT. Arminareka Perdana Purwokerto runs this business by fulfilling the requirements and procedures because the funding system of Hajj and Umrah in PT
