Abstract

The background of this research are: (1) advances in communication and information technology are realized or not have brought influence to the development of education. That Progress, inevitably drag the world of education on various changes in accordance with the needs and demands of the society; (2) the improvement of education in the future required information system and information technology that not only serves as supporting facilities, but more as the main weapon to support the success of education, so it can compete in the global market; and (3) there are currently no districts/cities in Indonesia that conduct online supervision. So the purpose of this research are: (1) to design and make information system of supervision of managerial and academic supervisor (SISMAP) web based on Supervisor of Teacher of PAI and Madrasah in Cilacap Regency integrated with database; (2) to describe the result of expert's analysis on the Managerial supervision information system and supervisory academic (SISMAP) web based on PAI teacher and Madrasah in Cilacap Regency; and (3) to analyze the feasibility of web-based the Managerial supervision information system and supervisory academic (SISMAP) on PAI teacher and Madrasah in Cilacap District. Types and approaches in this research are research and development conducted in Cilacap Regency starting from October 2016 until June 2017 with 2 stages of research, namely: (1) preliminary study (pre-survey); And (2) development of software model with waterfall model development method. The object of this research is the software Information of Managerial Supervision System and Administrative Supervisor (SISMAP) based web by using programming language of HTML and PHP, and supported by MySQL database. In this study, the authors use the McCall Quality Factor, as a measuring tool / instrument in determining the feasibility level of software Supervision Managerial and Academic Supervisory Information System (SISMAP) Web-based with PHP and MySQL. The results of this study are: (1) the design of Managerial Supervision Information System and Academic Supervisor (SISMAP) Web-Based on PAI teachers and Madrasah in Cilacap District; (2) based on expert / expert opinion, it can be concluded that the content of Academic Supervision of PAI Teachers is appropriate and qualified to be used and applied in Supervision Managerial and Academic Supervision Information System (SISMAP) Web Based on Supervisors of PAI and Madrasah in Cilacap district; And (3) based on sample test used to determine the feasibility level of software product of Managerial and Academic Supervisory Information System (SISMAP), the overall result is 79,29% with "proper" criterion so Information System Supervision Managerial and Academic Supervisor (SISMAP) on Supervisors of PAI and Madrasah in Cilacap Regency is FEASIBLE for use.
