Abstract

The background of the research is about one of the coffee products in the MSMEs in the Purbalingga district. Purbalingga district is one of the regencies in Central Java that has the potential for coffee plantations. The development of coffee plantations is potential support by the government and local communities. The government and the coffee community together held the Purbalingga Coffee Festival. The coffee produced is Robusta coffee and Arabica coffee. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and halal labels on consumer satisfaction. The research method used by the researcher is a quantitative method. The sampling technic used in this research is nonprobability sampling. The kind of sampling in nonprobability sampling is sampling purposive. The collecting data by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that there are: 1) The result of the calculation of simultaneous test statistics, it can be concluded that product quality and halal labels are influences on consumer satisfaction. 2) The result of the partial test statistics calculation, it can be concluded that product quality affects consumer satisfaction. 3) The result of the partial test statistics calculation, it can be concluded that halal labels affects consumer satisfaction. The suggestions related to variables in order to pay attention to the quality of product and halal labels so that will be able to give the effects of consumer satisfaction.
