Abstract

Pendidikan karakter di sekolah sangat diperlukan dalam menciptakan peserta didik yang berkualitas. Keberhasilan pendidikan karakter di sekolah tergantung dari manajemen pendidikan karakter. Manajemen pendidikan karakter ialah pengelolaan atau penataan dalam bidang pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan melalui aktivitas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian dan evaluasi secara sistematis untuk mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan secara efektif dan efisien (Agus Wibawa,2013). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pendidikan karakter (religius, jujur, disiplin, cinta tanah air, toleransi, peduli sosial, peduli lingkungan, gemar membaca, mandiri dan tanggung jawab) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan pembiasaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Ambary Desa Dukuhturi Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. Studi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data pelitian yaitu menggunakan obeservasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Selanjutnya dalam Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data(data display), dan penarikan serta pengujian kesimpulan/verifikasi (drawing and verifying conclutions). Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Ambary mengintegrasikan manajemen pendidikan karakter pada manajemen umum. Manajemen itu meliputi: (1) perencanaan pendidikan karakter (2) pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter (3)pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dan (4)pengawasan pendidikan karakter. Perencanaan pendidikan karakter meliputi perencanaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan pembiasaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter meliputi pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan pembiasaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler . Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter meliputi pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan pembiasaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Pengawasan pendidikan karakter meliputi pengawasan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan pembiasaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. The success of character education in schools depends on the management of character education. Character education of management is the management or arrangement in the field of character education that is carried out through planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating activities systematically to achieve predetermined goals effectively and efficiently (Agus Wibawa, 2013). This research aims to analyze the planning, organizing, implementation and supervision of character education ((religious, honest, disciplined, love the motherland, tolerance, social care, environmental care, reading enthusiastic, independence and responsibility) in learning activities, habituation activities. extracurricular activities at Al-Ambary Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Dukuhturi Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research which for data collection method using observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. As for data analysis using data reduction, data display, drawing and verifying conclusions. Based on the research result, Al-Ambary Integrated Islamic Elementary School integrates management of character education into general management. This Management includes: (1) planning character education (2) organizing character education (3) character education implementation (4) supervising character education. The planning of character education includes planning for character education in learning activities, extracurricular activities, habituation activities, extracurricular activities. Organizing of character education includes organizing character education in learning activities, habituation activities and extracurricular activities. The implementation of character education includes the implementation of character education in learning activities, habituation activities and extracurricular activities. Supervision of character education includes supervision of character education in learning activities, habituation activities and extracurricular activities.
