Abstract

ABSTRACT IB Hajj savings is saving product that use agreement for the result of Mudharabah Mutlaqah according to specific syaria principle for Hajj candidates which has aimed for fill up the needs of Hajj fare (BPIH). In the process of serving, Hajj saving iB of cash office BRI Syaria Banjarnegara uses one roof hajj serving. One roof hajj serving is one of programs from religion ministry of Banjarnegara region which cooperated with deposit Bank. It has aimed for implementing effective and efficient service and legally also can make it easier for Hajj candidates accordance with the regulation of religion ministry (PMA) no. 13 year of 2018. In this research, the general problem that was found was how the way to make easier the Hajj candidates in procedural. This research is used field research where the researcher directly did the observation in cash office of BRI Syaria Banjarnegara. The method that used is qualitative descriptive. According to the observation results, Hajj serving one roof has two steps. The first step is the Hajj candidates open the account in BPS (Deposit Board) and pay the first Hajj deposit then get the validation number from Bank. The second step is Hajj candidates come to the office of Religion ministry of Banjarnegara regency to entry the data of Hajj candidates based on the validation of Deposit Bank and take the portion number.
