Abstract

The background of this research is that Madin is always underestimated by the community. Researchers are trying to improve Madin's deteriorating image by making Madin the object of research studies, by trying to prove that Madin is also developing a curriculum. And the reason researchers chose Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) planning for the development of the Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Madrasah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes, 2) Madrasah Efforts in Organizing the Development of Curriculum in Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Madrasah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes, 2) Madrasa's Efforts in Organizing the Development of Curriculum in Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes, 3). Implementation of Curriculum Development in Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Madrasah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes and 4) Evaluation of Curriculum Development in Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Madrasah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The research subjects as respondents were the headmaster of the madrasa, head of the foundation, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study are: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Then, to get the results of research the researchers used Miles and Huberman's model data analysis, while the process consisted of: Data Reduction, Display / Presentation of Data, and drawing conclusions then verified. After that, triangulation is carried out to test the validity of the research data. The results showed that the management of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes was as follows: the curriculum development management process was carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Riyadul Fata Tembongraja Salem Brebes uses the concept used by the Hilda Taba model. In terms of the curriculum development management process, it takes procedures to determine educational goals, select learning experiences, organize curriculum materials and learning activities, and evaluate curriculum outcomes.
