Abstract

Education is very important for human life, because with education humans will know their abilities and potential. In the implementation of education many factors must be considered so that education can achieve the desired results one of which is the presence of facilities and infrastructure, management of facilities and infrastructure is an activity carried out in schools in an effort to support all learning activities. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Formulation of the problems in this study (1) How to plan educational infrastructure in Al Hikmah Benda Sirampog Brebes Middle School. (2) How to procure educational infrastructure in Al Hikmah Benda Sirampog Brebes Junior High School. (3) How to maintain educational infrastructure in Al Hikmah Benda Sirampog Brebes Middle School. (4) How is the inventory of educational infrastructure in Al Hikmah Benda Sirampog Brebes Middle School (5) How to eliminate educational infrastructure in Al Hikmah Benda Sirampog Brebes Middle School. The results of this research show that the management of educational infrastructure in Al Hikmah Benda Sirampog Brebes Junior High School includes: 1) Planning for educational infrastructure is carried out by way of consultation. Planning begins with an analysis of the need for infrastructure in one year. Analysis is carried out by means of selection according to priority scale, then determined in the initial meeting of the school year 2) Procurement of educational infrastructure refers to a predetermined plan, and appoints implementing staff and there are officers who carry out continuous maintenance on a regular basis every day. 4) Inventory of educational infrastructure records all inventory items received in the inventory master book, then after completion is recorded in the inventory master book then gives the item code. 5) The elimination of educational infrastructure is carried out when the goods owned by the school have been damaged, are not used or that can no longer be used or are not in accordance with the needs of the school.
