Abstract

Training and development of Islamic Banks are considered very important. The purpose of the implementation and development of Islamic Banking is directed to realize a sound and istiqomah Islamic Banking system and order in the application of sharia principles. Work ethic is often described as integrity, hard work, perseverance and others. Improving the work ethic is one form of accountability of the employees towards the company. Therefore, an individual or group in the company must have a work ethic and awareness to work together and support each other's corporate strategy by preparing creative thinking, intelligent emotions, character, behavior, knowledge, and skills to support all the needs of the company. The objective of this study is to examine, analyzed, and discuss whether the variable of Training and Development Human Resources simultaneously, and partially influence the Work Ethic. Further, quantitative method is employees in this research 68 responder are chosen in this research together with primary and secondary data: direct survey by spreading questionnaire which uses Likert Scale. Furthermore, validity and reliability test and multiple linier regression are employees in the data analysis. The result of the study exhibits that both variables simultaneously influence the employees Work Ethic with value F count > F table (9.910 > 3,1504), with further shows the influence towards on improving the Work Ethic. Moreover, both independent variables have a significant effect (t count > t table) toward the Work Ethic with Training Variable 8,619 >2,052and Development Variable 8,152 > 2,052.
