Abstract

Technology and information have been developing in this era needed character education and learning system that controlled learners’ activity as well. Character education can be implemented with Islamic education because it belong to morals. Learning system needed is full day learning system. Full day learning system as the learning system for one day full in school and Islamic boarding school too. By this system, students are controlled well. Islamic Junior High School Andalusia Kebasen used full day learning system and related with Islamic boarding school, namely At-Taujieh Al-Islamy 2 Leler. In this research, the problem statement is how the learning process of Islamic education in the full day learning system in Islamic Junior High School Andalusia Kebasen, Banyumas Regency. Type of research in this thesis is qualitative approach to the type of field research. The research method used were interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique used was Miles and Huberman model that include in three steps, namely the data reduction, the data display, and the conclusion drawing/ verification. There are three stages in the result of this research, that is the learning process of Islamic education in the full day learning system namely, planning, applying, and evaluating by teachers. Inside the planning of learning process, teachers have to arrange many programs, such as annual program, semester program, syllabus, and lesson planning and in Islamic boarding school have made annual program, semester program, list of kitab, and lesson planning. The applying of learning process are teachers used the subject matter of Islamic education from book and kitab, learning method, and learning media. Teachers use the test and non-test as evaluating step
