Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how marketing strategies that applied by Softlink.net in promoting their products and strategies that are guaranteed to obtain an increase their customers. Data obtained directly from the owner of Softlink.net and the technicians who work in Softlink.net. To collect data that i use with observational methods, documentation, interviews. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative. Softlink.net is the service provider specialized in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and internet products with lowerprice and fast internet speedfor rural areas. The results of research showed that the marketing strategy for the products they sell are as follows: (1) Aiming to market segmentation among medium-sized up society in rural areas, fromSumbang, Baturraden, and Cilongok. (2) The price offered depends on the choices by customer needs (3) For promotional products they doing with personal selling by door to door methods, as well as the promotion of personal selling in person-to-person by introducing the product to the community who followed of all employees Softlink.net be bailed out directly to the target market. (4) to subscribe to be able to go to directly to the Office of Softlink.net, the installation will be done as soon as possible by a qualified technician do the installation. (5) in a good service to customers as well as the processes quickly to new customers this will be important because customers will be satisfied with the services performed by Softlink.net. Besides the quality of stable internet speed will make loyal customers against internet product from Softlink.net.
