Abstract

Islamic educational institutions have responsibility in realizing the ideals of educating life and shaping the virtuous personality of the nation and preparing qualified human resources so as to be able to compete in the global world competition. To achieve it by improving the quality of education management. Improvement of quality covers a variety of complex issues, involving planning, funding, and efficiency and effectiveness of school system implementation. This research is a qualitative research, by taking 0byek research MTs N I Babakan Tegal regency. While the data collection techniques used are: 0bservasi, interview and documentation. Research subjects are: Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, teachers, staff, learners, guardians, community around. Data validity with triangulation, data analysis is interactive analysis model Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results show that: 1). Standard Planning of Academic and Non-Academic Management at MTs Negeri I Babakan Tegal is implemented by applying PP. No. 32 Year 2013. 2). Implementation of Academic and Non-Academic Management Standards at MTs Negeri I Babakan Tegal, implementing school-based management namely: independence, partnership, participation, openness and accountability. 3). The evaluation of academic and non-academic management in MTs N I Babakan Tegal is done through planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating Daily Assessment, Mid Semester Assessment, Semester End Assessment, Try-Out, Class Increase Assessment, Madrasah Exams and National Exam. 4). Quality control of academic and non-academic services in MTs N I Babakan is conducted through periodic, continuous supervision, evaluation, reporting, and follow-up.
