Abstract

Allowed BPS sum of poor citizens in Indonesia concentrated in Java island, primary in East Java and Central Java Provincy. The most poor region in Central Java was Wonosobo. Poor solution had done by anyway, based on each region talented and stakeholders creation.Wonosoboregion had higher citizen poor prozentagen amoung Central Java, doing a shocking by formating TKI Village. With that policy which legalacy at 2012 must could changing or reduce of poor level, but untill 2016 year WonosoboRegion still as the poorest region. This matter need evaluation, what the policy as so as the role to reduce poor in Wonosobo area. This research was field research, by case study approach. Methode using was observation, documentation and interview. Data analyzing was, collecting data, reduction, analize, been adapting between concept and aplication formating TKI village policy, interpretation and rediscussion then getting conclusion, or named an Interaktif Model of Analysis. Result off the research shown that the goverment very ruling in poor solution over formating TKI village policy at Wonosobo region. Before formating the TKI village, goverment studying the villages would being vilage TKI first. This is the steps which must be done by goverment, so the policy could be good implemented, used exact and goal exact so the goals to realizing the citizen villages wellfare could be reached. The role sides of goverment was efforting the empowerment ex TKI employee more large and more usefull. TKI Village policy at Taracap Village Kaliworo District, Wonosobo Region had to implementation by society and citizen pasca TKI been facilicyted and besiding from goverment over sector berau. The implementation was integration, caused had participated employee berau, farming, industries and trading, so anothe sector berau. Formating TKI village policy at Wonosobo Region to soluting of poor in Wonosobo Region, aimsed to the society stand on own leg could getting the primary life necessary as wellfare standart, and as so as with economical development in Islamic perspective. In there not only concern in matteri but also in spirit and consern to MaqâshidSyari’ah.
