Abstract

BPRS BumiArthaSampang made a marketing strategy to increase the number of it’s customers. It was done by promoting with the made and directly, including pricing strategy, promotion strategy, place strategy and product strategy. The promotion strategy was done by advertising, sales promotion, prublicity, and personal selling, because of the marketing strategy of the community will be mpre familiar with BPRS BumiArthaSampang, that is all done for the benefit of banks, related to the importance of customers for financial institutions. The research uses descriptive study. By describing the marketing strategy used BPRS BumiArthaSampang, Sampang, Cilacap. Then the researcher analiyzes by using books, interviews, observations and documentation that has been author collected. This study uses descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at PT. BPRS BumiArthaSampang, Sampang, Cilacap. The results of this study show that the number of savings customers and the growts rate of wadi’ahsavings and mudharabah savings customers in BPRS BumiArthaSampang is uncertain, this is due to the lack of public knowledge of products and mechanisme based on syariah principles and marketing activities done only depending on the event and only once a year. The development of the 2016 saving balance of increasing and decreasing was not too significant. However, the balance was still within the standard of the specified target. Significant reductions occurred from June to July due to a new school month so that savings funds from schools should be taken as they would be divided with their students and happen together with the approach of IdulFitri, mostly, the customers withdraws money pretty much.
