Abstract

Factors that determine the learning outcomes of learners, among others, supervision of education conducted principals and professionalism of teachers. This study discusses the problems among others; 1) How to supervise the education, teacher professionalism, and learning outcomes of learners in MIN as Banyumas District ?; 2) How much is the direct influence of educational supervision on teacher professionalism in MIN in Banyumas District? 3) How much is the direct influence of teacher professionalism on the learning outcomes of learners in MIN as Banyumas District ?; 3) What is the indirect effect of educational supervision on the learning outcomes of learners in MIN as Banyumas District ?; 4) Is there a difference in the supervision of education, teacher professionalism and learning outcomes of learners in MIN as Banyumas District? This research is a quantitative research. Methods of data collection with questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data collected from civil servant teachers who have had educator certificate in three MIN in Banyumas Regency which amounted to 61 people. Data analysis method used is descriptive percentage, path analysis, and t test. Based on the research results, it was found that: 1) the supervision of education conducted in all three MIN in Banyumas Regency in very high category with an average of 92.85, teacher professionalism in all three MIN in Banyumas Regency in very high category with an average of 101.58 , And the learners' learning outcomes in MIN as Banyumas District are in good category with an average of 81.05. 2) There is a direct and significant influence of educational supervision on teacher professionalism in MIN se-Banyumas district with a contribution of 15%. 3) There is no direct and significant influence of teacher professionalism on the learning outcomes of learners in MIN of Banyumas Regency with a contribution of 0.017%. 4) There is an indirect effect of educational supervision through teacher professionalism on student learning outcomes in MIN of Banyumas Regency with a contribution of 0.8%. 5) There is no significant difference in teacher's supervision and professionalism in MIN se Kabupaten Banyumas (Sig.0.149), (Sig) 0.294) 6) There is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of learners in MIN Se-Banyumas district (sig.0.000). Based on the results of this study, the authors conclude that the supervision of education provides an important influence for the improvement of professionalism skills of teachers, especially to improve the quality of learning processes and learning outcomes of learners.
