Abstract

The development of motorcycle industry in Indonesia is very fast and tends to increase every year, along with the needs and demands of the public for adequate transportation. This is triggered by the development of the era that requires humans to move easily in achieving the goals of daily activities. Thus, the resulted in high motorcycle users at this time even many of them established a brand community (brand community) certain brand motorcycle. This study aims to determine the influence of brand community on brand loyalty users of Honda Tiger on Bralink Motor Tiger Club Purbalingga. In this research, using SEM method (Structural Equation Modeling / Modeling of Structural Equation). The collecting of data using questionnaire method for members of Bralink Motor Tiger Club (BMTC) Purbalingga community. Questionnaires are distributed as many as 110 questionnaires to members and prospective members of Bralink Motor Tiger Club (BMTC) Purbalingga. The results of this study indicate that the brand community affect the brand loyalty of users of Honda Tiger. This is seen from the six variables of brand community that is legitimacy, opposition brand loyalty, celebrate brand history, share brand story, integrate and retain members, assist in brand usage affect each other variable of brand loyalty consisting of behavioral approach and attitude approach at Bralink Motor Tiger Club (BMTC) Purbalingga.
