Abstract

This study aims to determine the personality values of Islamic education teachers in the book "Irsyadul Muallimin" by K.H. Taufiqul Hakim. This type of research is a literature review with data collection techniques based on articles or books on the topic. Data analysis uses an analytical method with the descriptive presentation. The results showed the personality values of Islamic religious education teachers in the book of Irsyadul Muallimin, namely teachers have a pleasant personality with indicators of proactive, intelligent, empathetic, wise, creative and innovative, always learning, humorous, friendly, knowing the needs of students, fair, simple, communicative, patient, humble, compassionate, firm, nurturing, disciplined, appreciative, sincere,positive thinking, forgiving, and democratic.
